Festival of Lights Parade 2007

On Saturday, December 1st Palm Springs Chill and Power Baseball once again participated in The City of Palm Springs' Festival of Lights Parade on Palm Canyon Drive in Downtown Palm Springs. This year's entry was put together by the hardworking Power/Chill staff who were joined by host families, Power coaches, Power players, staff and thier friends Palm Springs Chill and Power Staff friends and family with Rocky the Ram and Tundraand family.

As always, Rocky the Ram was on the ground greeting parade watchers and posing for pictures, but this year Rocky had a brand new friend to share the experience with. This was the Chill's brand new mascot, Tundra!! Tundra was a big hit with young and old alike. This was Tundra's first experience with the fans of Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley, and he immediatly took a liking to all he met.

Palm Springs Chill and Palm Springs POWER Baseball would like to give a big thanks to United Rentals and Riki Roach at United Rentals for their generous support of the team and our parade activities. We could not have done it without you!!
